To update or find your version of windows media player:
1. Open windows media player (click here)

2. Click on the word 'help' to open the help menu

To find your version:
3. Scroll down and left click on 'About Windows Media Player'


4. Look in the 'Version' area of the box that opens for your version

To update windows media player:
5. Scroll down and left click on 'Check For Player Updates'


6. This will automatically begin updat windows media player
